We are a listings acquisition and content development consultancy that's passionate about helping agents uncover their modern stride. We get it — the road to your best, most effective real estate self hasn't exactly been clear in this digital age, and it can be frustrating.

 

Our proprietary frameworks will help you discover your true real estate path, whether it's something we teach or not. Our purpose is to help you show up powerfully in your business, and help you build the one thing that you should've been taught a long time ago — the one thing that's actually going to help you attract your most ideal listings, and maybe even help in other aspects of your life: uncovering and expressing your true personality.

Personality

We choose to focus on the cultivation of teaching personality for acquiring listings, not using listings as your personality.

We've found that the best route for modern agents is attracting people via their personality, not with obnoxious billboards or generalized "awareness".

People

There's two types of agents: those who attract people instead of "listings", and those who fail.

Making this change in mindset from seeing "leads" in ads manager to seeing every single listing as a real person with real values, goals, and stories is something we take huge pride in implementing across everything we do.

Perseverance

Content isn't always easy. Unlike other services and so-called "agencies", we've never taken the easy path in our process.

Our double-sided nature of working towards faster listings, as well as our slow, methodical content development has established our history of powering through anything that's thrown at us.

Our Story

One out of thousands.

Thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of businesses came out of the social media marketing boom during 2016 - 2018.
Ours wasn’t so different. It all started in 2017 with TANTIVE Media, our parent company.
For a while we were another generic (and expensive) “lead generation company” — one that relied on ridiculous guarantees and false promises.
It didn’t take long to realize… it isn't sustainable, and that we were fed up.
That we weren’t anywhere near a real purpose, and at that point, all that mattered was however much money we could squeeze from potential clients.
It was borderline immoral, and many self-proclaimed "agencies" still conduct themselves like that to this day.

Not for long.

So we started working on a new way.
A way to stray from the path of delivering “leads”, and try to do as much of the work in-between cold to close as possible.
You know… the work agents actually want help with in the first place? Because no agent truly just wants leads anymore. But the bad taste in our mouth, from the old way of doing things? It wasn’t going away.
It seemed we couldn’t wash it out by just changing our service delivery...

So we pivoted.

We pivoted hard.

Through your time browsing here, you might have been wondering where our visuals and overall aesthetic came from.
Well, TANTIVE adopted a completely new brand identity, one that became focused on the inner-layers of how things tick  the ideals of real estate, of humans, of life.
And we began releasing creative collections of art (called “Suites”) representing our intriguing way of seeing everything around us.
From visual love-letters of our hometown/heavy aesthetic inspiration of Chicago, to surreal depictions of the place we all call home.
This allowed us to build an audience that patiently awaits every collection, and a way we can consistently express our creative chops whenever we have the urge.

But something was missing.

We got so caught up in TANTIVE's new creative direction that suddenly our real estate roots were nowhere to be found.

Those roots had to go somewhere.

Because we had completely isolated ourselves from the industry during that time, and we were still sitting ducks on the newfound way to get listings we mentioned developing earlier.

The problem was, we'd already spent so much time developing and establishing TANTIVE as something completely different — we couldn't backtrack and introduce it there again.

Enter MMNTUM.

MMNTUM was bred out of TANTIVE to serve as the subsidiary hub for our real estate endeavors, and PropSync (our newfound listings acquisition protocol) the lifeblood that keeps it all alive.
Meshed with the creative spirit that keeps TANTIVE trailblazing in its own right, we’ve crafted a unique solution for the 2 most common problems realtors face:
 
  • Why constantly fall into the outdated concept of “lead generation” just to lose valuable time, money, and energy in the process?
  • Why does every solution include another CRM, hours of training, obscure pricing, a roundabout explanation of why they only send “leads”, and expectations for you to manually follow-up with everyone?

Not a simple "program".

With a propinquity for massive awareness and a strong brand presence to back it all up… we’ve finally finished the protocol we desired all along; the one we knew we’ve wanted since the early-TANTIVE days.

But there's more... why is it called a protocol?

It's quite simple, really. We're unlike everyone else in this one way — because we give it out to you, the agent, in multiple ways.

We've strayed from the times where the only way an agent can learn the new "up and coming" strategies were from paying for a $997 course or a $5000 done-for-you service.

We give our protocol in the ways of books, templates, scripts, paid memberships, and of course (for those who truly need them) done-together and done-for-you services.
